Where do you ship?
Pulp & Press ships to most locations across all Canadian Provinces including all major cities and urban areas. Shipping is not available in some northern areas of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Quebec, and Newfoundland.
Note: If we are unable to ship to your postal code, you will not be able to successfully place an order online. If you are able to successful place your order online, then we are able to ship to your location.

If you live in a house and you are not home for your delivery, your package will be left on your front step - no signature required! If you live in an apartment, our courier must be let into your building to drop off your package. Our couriers cannot leave packages outside of apartment buildings, so please be sure to include your buzzer or contact information with your order.
It is important that you refrigerate the juice once it arrives to remain fresh. Please ensure that you will be able to receive your order the day it arrives. If you’d like to track your shipment, please email email@example.com.
Pulp & Press Juice Co. does reserve the right to deny shipment to specific locations in Ontario and Quebec. You will be contacted if this is the case.
Pulp & Press products are shipped in insulated boxes which help preserve the juice in transit. Selecting a PO Box as an address could result in considerable delays or loss of product, as the juice needs to be refrigerated shortly after being delivered to avoid spoilage. For this reason, please do NOT ship your order to a P.O Box.
How much does shipping cost?
Pulp & Press charges a minimum shipping fee of $15 for orders less than $155 in all Canadian provinces. Orders over $155 may be eligible for free shipping through our shipping subsidy program.
We will cover shipping costs where we are able to, but, unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer uncapped free shipping to all areas. If you see a shipping cost on your order, that is the amount after we’ve subsidized as much as we were able to cover. This will primarily only affect rural or less urban areas.
Pulp & Press is committed to reducing shipping costs wherever possible and we regularly review rates with our carrier to ensure we get your favourite cold pressed juices to you for the lowest possible cost.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will be delivered in a chilled, insulated boxes within 2-7 business days. Delivery time depends on location, transport delays, and weather. Please note, we do not ship on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
We recommend starting your cleanse once you receive it. If you want to delay the order so you can drink your juice on a later date, please request so on the cart page using the date selector.
Can I schedule my shipping arrival date?
To request a preferred delivery date please use the date selector tool found on the cart page. Please note that this is NOT a guaranteed delivery date. If you require the product by a certain date we suggest scheduling it to arrive 2-3 business days earlier to account for potential shipping delays caused by weather, traffic, etc.
We try our best to ship all orders complete, however, sometimes it is necessary to divide the orders into two or more packages, or more than one shipment.
Delivery Address Accuracy
In order for prompt delivery, please provide a complete street address with a postal code, apartment number, and buzzer (if relevant). Pulp & Press does not take any responsibility for packages that might be misdirected, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect address. We are also not responsible for additional shipping charges that result from an inaccurate or incomplete address. Although it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, we will do our best to contact you if a problem with a shipping address occurs.
Cancellation / Delivery Date Adjustment
All cancellations or adjustments to requested delivery dates must be made at least 2 business days prior to your anticipated delivery date. This is to give our team enough time to make the necessary changes to your order before it is picked and packed and sent with our courier. If changes are not submitted to our team before this time, your order will be shipped as originally requested, and Pulp & Press will not be responsible for orders that are delivered unexpectedly. Although it is the customer’s responsibility to provide timely notice of any changes, we will do our best to accommodate requests within our control.
If your shipment is lost, damaged, or short upon delivery, report it to us immediately. Pulp & Press will evaluate your request, and refund or resend the missing or damaged juice(s). If there is damage, we may request photos for our investigation.Our team will respond to your request outlining why or why not your request will be granted. If granted, you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect a refund within 3 business days, and replacement juices within 5 business days after we grant your request. If you receive a package that has been opened do not accept it. Please do not return the order to our location, but rather dispose of the product.
Because our juices are perishable goods, we will not accept “change of mind” returns. We will only accept a refund request if there is evidence our team was negligent in fulfilling your order.
Your refund request must be sent within 48 hours of receiving your order.
How do I sign up?
Signing up for our loyalty program is easy! Simply create an account here and you'll be enrolled in our loyalty program to earn on future purchases.
What are the advantages of becoming a rewards member?
Our loyalty program allows members to earn simply by buying the juice you love. Members receive rewards points for each purchase, that can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.
Loyalty members also receive exclusive access to offers and news.
I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?
We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

Earning & Redeeming
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the loyalty page to get started.
How do I redeem my points?
Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit the loyalty page to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward.
Do points ever expire?
Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc.
